1. Commercial Investigation Staff
This role focuses on protecting the company's long-term sustainability by identifying and addressing unauthorized water consumption.
* Key Duties: Conduct investigations into illegal connections, gather evidence of irregularities, manage investigation equipment, and handle administrative documentation for water loss cases and service reconnections.
* Requirements: D3 degree (Environmental Engineering preferred), proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and possession of valid SIM A and C driver’s licenses. Fresh graduates are welcome; one year of experience is an asset.
2. Piping & Pressure Measurement Technician Staff
This technical role ensures the quality, continuity, and pressure accuracy of our distribution network.
* Key Duties: Monitor network operations, create supply status reports, manage valve configurations, evaluate flushing activities, and resolve customer complaints related to zero consumption or supply issues.
* Requirements: D3 degree (Environmental Engineering or related fields), technical aptitude, proficiency in MS Office, and valid SIM A and C licenses.
3. Project Monitoring Staff
This position is responsible for the oversight and quality assurance of network improvement and maintenance projects.
* Key Duties: Survey sites for repair, document findings, analyze CAPEX and OPEX requirements, supervise contractors, manage material logistics, and maintain distribution network accessories.
* Requirements: D3 degree (Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred), minimum one year of experience in project improvement or relocation, and valid SIM A and C licenses.
4. Quality Estimator Staff
A role dedicated to maintaining high-quality infrastructure for our corporate clients.
* Key Duties: Execute network inspections for corporate customers, manage pipe replacement procedures, prepare Bills of Quantities (RAB), create DED drawings, and conduct site surveys for internal and external projects.
* Requirements: D3 degree (Industrial Engineering preferred), strong administrative skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and possession of valid SIM A and C licenses.
5. Regular Validator Staff
This role ensures the accuracy of our revenue cycle by validating meter readings.
* Key Duties: Validate contractor-reported meter readings, coordinate findings for field improvements, manage reward/penalty frameworks for meter readers, and compile operational reports.
* Requirements: D3 degree in engineering or related fields, excellent analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and valid SIM A and C licenses.
6. Zero & Reclass Tariff Staff
This position ensures the equitable distribution and classification of services.
* Key Duties: Investigate zero-consumption customer accounts, inspect installation conditions, identify property types for correct tariff classification, and provide recommendations for tariff reclassification based on regulatory compliance.
* Requirements: D3 degree (Management, Communication, or related fields), strong attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and valid SIM A and C licenses.
