Candidate Requirements
To qualify for this elite developmental path, applicants must meet the following baseline criteria:
* Male candidates, maximum 25 years of age
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) graduate in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Agrotechnology
* Minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.25 on a 4.00 scale
* Willingness to be deployed to any operational branch across Indonesia
* Prepared to reside in company-provided lodging (mess) throughout the training period
* Commitment to fulfill a 2-year official service bond upon program completion
* Physically and mentally fit, with strict non-color-blind requirements
* Ready to undergo an intensive, demanding training curriculum
