## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure the success of our team, candidates must meet the following baseline requirements:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) to Bachelor’s Degree (S1).
* Industry Experience: Prior experience in HPH (Forest Concession) industries, logging, mining, or related contracting roles is highly prioritized.
* Willingness to Relocate: Candidates must be fully prepared to work in remote site areas.
* Core Competencies:
* Management Positions (1-3): Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential.
* IT & Technical Positions (4-5): Proficiency in network engineering, including V-Sat systems, hardware maintenance, software installation, and system troubleshooting.
