## Entry-Level Training Programs (Non-Skill Trainee Positions)
PTAR is committed to professional development, offering comprehensive training programs for candidates aged 26 and under. Applicants for these roles must hold at least a high school diploma (SMA/SMK), with a preference for polytechnic graduates. Successful candidates must demonstrate honesty, proactivity, and a strong grasp of Microsoft Office software.
* Trainee – Crane Truck Operator: Focuses on maintenance and supporting material handling supervisors to ensure safe, efficient site operations.
* Trainee – Rigger/Scaffolder: Develops expertise in plant maintenance and structural support under the guidance of the Processing Maintenance Department.
* Trainee – Condition Monitoring: Ideal for candidates with a technical aptitude for data collection and equipment health assessments. Requires basic mechanical knowledge and tool proficiency.
* Trainee – Boilermaker/Welder: Requires basic certification in welding techniques (TIG, MMAW, MIG/FCAW, or Plasma Cutting).

1. Supervisor – Recruitment
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Law with a minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience.
* Key Skills: Must hold a BNSP Supervisor certification, possess deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, and exhibit strong expertise in psychological assessment and interview techniques.
2. Officer – Administration 1 (ARO)

3. Junior Supervisor – Project Development
