## Job Role: Quality Control Operator
The organization is currently hiring for a Quality Control Operator position. In this vital role, you will serve as the first line of defense in ensuring that all manufacturing outputs meet stringent safety, quality, and regulatory benchmarks.
Core Responsibilities
* Monitor and evaluate quality parameters directly within the production line area to ensure strict compliance with company standards.
* Guarantee the absolute food safety and halal integrity of the entire production process and final goods.
* Maintain comprehensive documentation and reports regarding daily product evaluations and line checks.
## Candidate Requirements and Qualifications

Educational Background and Experience
* Gender: Male applicants only.
* Education: Minimum high school diploma in Chemical Analysis (SMAK), or an Associate/Bachelor's degree (D3-S1) in Chemical Engineering, Analytical Chemistry, Agricultural Technology, or Food Technology.
* Industry Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on experience in a Quality Control field role within an FMCG or Food & Beverage manufacturing environment.
* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), System Jaminan Halal (SJH), and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) frameworks is strongly preferred.
* Computer Skills: Proficient in operating Microsoft Office applications.
General Qualifications
* Physically and mentally fit, with no history of color blindness.
* Must be a resident of Palembang or Banyuasin.
* Fully flexible and willing to work in a 3-shift rotation schedule.
* Must have received at least the second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.
* Personal traits: Highly disciplined, detail-oriented, accountable, honest, eager to learn new concepts, possessing strong communication skills, and demonstrating excellent physical stamina.
