1. Accounting Division
* Requirements: Degree (D3/S1) in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or Business Administration.
* Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel), strong data analysis, and a solid understanding of the accounting cycle and financial statements (Balance Sheets, Cash Flow, P&L).
* Academic: Minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
2. Drone Team
* Requirements: Degree (D3/S1) from any major.
* Skills: Knowledge of drone operations, maintenance, and components. Familiarity with Mission Planner or similar software is a distinct advantage.
* Academic: Minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
3. Factory Division
* Requirements:
* Mechanical Engineering (Mill, Boiler, Engineering Services).
* Chemical Engineering, Agricultural Technology, or Food Technology (Process House).
* Electrical Engineering (Electric & Instrumentation).
* Any major (FAS Division).
* Core Competencies: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Minimum GPA 3.00/4.00.
4. Human Resources (Personalia)
* Requirements: Degree (S1) in Law or related fields.
* Skills: Expertise in Microsoft Office suite, strong analytical capabilities, and comprehensive knowledge of government labor regulations.
* Academic: Minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
5. Plantation Division
* Requirements: Degree (D3/D4/S1) in Agriculture, Forestry, Sciences (Math, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics), or Engineering (Agriculture, Geodesy, Surveying).
* Core Competencies: Analytical thinking, leadership, and excellent interpersonal skills. Minimum GPA 3.00/4.00.
6. Workshop Division

7. Warehouse & Inventory
