We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to oversee our logistics documentation and data management processes.
* Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any field.
* At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the logistics industry.
* Proficiency in tracking delivery notes, system data entry, reporting, and document archiving.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
* Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
* Capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
2. Service Advisor (Makassar)
This role is essential for maintaining the high performance of our fleet through meticulous maintenance monitoring.
* Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) in Technical Engineering, preferably Automotive.
* At least 1 year of professional experience as a Service Advisor.
* In-depth knowledge of heavy-duty vehicle maintenance (preventive and corrective), core systems, and parts catalogues.
* Experienced in managing work orders (SPK) and daily repair reporting.
* Willingness to work in a shifting schedule if required.
