To address the expanding healthcare demands of the Karawang community and surrounding regions, we currently offer a robust capacity of 207 inpatient beds, with continuous expansions underway. Our inpatient accommodations range from President Suite, Super VIP, VIP, Class I, and Class II, to Class III. Furthermore, we feature specialized care units including the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Backed by advanced infrastructure—such as Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology, a Trauma Center, Medical Rehabilitation, Maternal and Child Health Services, and a dedicated Medical Check-Up Center—we invite passionate professionals to advance their careers with us.

Medical Positions
1. General Practitioner
* Educational Requirements: Minimum Professional Doctor degree.
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years of hospital experience is strongly preferred.
* Mandatory Credentials: Active STR (State Registration Certificate), along with current ACLS, ATLS, and ECG certifications.
* Additional Requirements: Willingness to work in shifts and capability to join our team immediately.
2. Nurse Cathlab
* Educational Requirements: Minimum Bachelor of Nursing (Ners).
* Experience: At least 2 years of hospital experience preferred.
* Mandatory Credentials: Active STR, BTCLS certification, and specialized Cathlab training certification (Basic Cardiovascular Training).
* Additional Requirements: Readiness for an immediate start.
3. Nurse ICU
* Educational Requirements: Minimum Bachelor of Nursing (Ners).
* Experience: Minimum 2 years working in a hospital setting preferred.
* Mandatory Credentials: Active STR, BTCLS certification, and an Intensive Care training certificate issued by Hipperci.
* Additional Requirements: Immediate availability.
4. Nurse Inpatient
* Dedicated nursing professionals ready to deliver high-standard inpatient care and support our diverse medical wards.
5. Occupational Therapist
* Gender: Male or Female.
* Educational Requirements: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Applied Bachelor (D4) in Occupational Therapy.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
* Mandatory Credentials: Active STR.
* Placement: Karawang, West Java.
Non-Medical Positions
1. IT Network & Infrastructure
* Educational Requirements: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems or Information Technology.
* Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience.
* Key Competencies: Proven expertise in network design and implementation, network security management, accurate documentation maintenance, alongside the ability to handle SAP database installation, configuration, and upkeep.
2. MEP Maintenance
* Educational Requirements: Minimum Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience; hospital background preferred along with a strong maintenance track record in high-rise buildings.
* Key Competencies: Comprehensive proficiency in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) upkeep, paired with strong interpersonal communication skills.
3. Cashier
* Gender & Age: Male, maximum 30 years old.
* Educational Requirements: Minimum Diploma (D3) in Accounting.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably within a hospital environment.
* Key Competencies: Deep understanding of hospital cashier transaction workflows, a professional and attractive appearance, an outgoing and dynamic personality, and excellent communication skills.
4. Admission Staff
* Gender & Age: Female, maximum 25 years old.
* Educational Requirements: Minimum Diploma (D3) in any major.
* Experience: Prior experience as an admission officer in a hospital setting.
* Key Competencies: Strong customer service orientation, professional grooming, an energetic and approachable demeanor, exceptional communication abilities, conflict-resolution skills for handling complaints, and robust organizational habits.
