Candidate Requirements
To qualify for the ALPHA program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field, with a preference for candidates holding degrees in Business Management.
* Academic Excellence: Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.30 from a university with an "Unggul" (Superior) accreditation.
* Leadership Experience: Demonstrate a proven track record of leadership roles within campus organizations.
* Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates or professionals with a maximum of one year of work experience.
* Licensing: Possess valid Class A (car) and Class C (motorcycle) driver's licenses.
* Mobility: Willingness to be stationed at any of our operational locations across Indonesia.
