## Management Trainee Program Overview

Core Eligibility Requirements
To ensure a successful application, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Academic Background: Possession of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Graduation Status: Open to current-year graduates and alumni from the previous year.
* Commitment: Willingness to sign a service bond agreement for a duration of 30 months.
* Mobility: Full readiness to be stationed at remote site locations across Kalimantan or Sumatra.
