## Key Responsibilities and Duties
As a Recruitment Officer at Traveloka, your scope of work will encompass end-to-end talent acquisition duties designed to secure top-tier industry professionals:
* Talent Sourcing & Analysis: Execute thorough job and task analyses to pinpoint the most effective talent pools for diverse organizational roles.
* Candidate Evaluation: Assess applicant qualifications—spanning technical knowledge, core skills, relevant experience, and innate aptitudes—to ensure a precise cultural and professional alignment with Traveloka's dynamic objectives.
* Process Management: Oversee critical stages of the hiring pipeline, which includes reviewing incoming applications, organizing interview schedules, and bridging communication between internal hiring managers and external candidates.

## Candidate Requirements and Qualifications
