Position: Technical Trainer – Factory
As a Technical Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between operational challenges and workforce capability, ensuring that factory teams are equipped with top-tier technical knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and execute comprehensive technical training programs specifically tailored for factory personnel.
* Deliver engaging instructional sessions covering industrial machinery, equipment handling, maintenance protocols, and plant technical processes.
* Conduct thorough evaluations to measure training effectiveness and assess participant competency growth.
* Identify ongoing training needs by analyzing operational skill gaps directly on the manufacturing floor.
* Collaborate closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Production, and other cross-functional departments.
* Monitor, review, and continuously improve technical training modules and methodologies.
Candidate Qualifications:
* Educational Background: Minimum of a D4 or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
* Experience: Prior professional background in technical training, equipment maintenance, engineering, or production within a manufacturing environment will serve as a distinct advantage.
* Technical Knowledge: Strong foundational understanding of industrial production machinery, factory maintenance, and overall plant operational processes.
