## Position Overview: Production Operator
We are currently seeking a meticulous and disciplined Production Operator to be based at our Cikarang facility. In this role, you will play a vital part in assembling the high-quality water solutions our clients depend on.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate shop floor machinery and manufacturing tools safely and efficiently.
* Perform routine fabrication tasks to meet strict production schedules.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with company standards.
* Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and output.
Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this role, applicants should meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum High School diploma or vocational equivalent (SMA/SMK).
* Experience: Previous experience as a mechanical fitter or in a similar production role is a strong advantage.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in handling standard workshop tools, particularly grinders and other metal fabrication equipment.
* Welding Expertise: A working knowledge of welding machinery is required; the ability to actively perform welding tasks is highly preferred.
* Personal Attributes: Highly detail-oriented, disciplined, and capable of fostering strong teamwork.
* Availability: Fully prepared to work in a hands-on production environment and adapt to operational demands.
