We are currently searching for high-potential graduates to join our exclusive Technical Management Trainee Program. This intensive 12-month journey is meticulously crafted to transform ambitious individuals into the next generation of industry leaders, fostering adaptability, technical expertise, and a growth-oriented mindset.

Program Structure
The Technical Management Trainee Program is divided into three critical phases to ensure a holistic learning experience:

Candidate Requirements
We are seeking resilient and driven individuals who possess a passion for industrial excellence. To be considered for the program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.20.
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates or professionals with a maximum of two years of full-time work experience.
* Communication: Exceptional command of written and spoken English.
* Soft Skills: A strong growth mindset, flexibility in the face of business transitions, and the ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
