## Program Overview and Objectives
The National Internship Program offers participants an immersive professional experience under the direct guidance of seasoned mentors and industry experts. By integrating into Telkom’s operational ecosystem, interns gain firsthand experience in the production and management of world-class telecommunications services.
Candidate Requirements
To qualify for this career-accelerating opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Citizenship: Must be an Indonesian citizen with a valid National Identity Number (NIK).
* Academic Recency: Must have graduated with a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree no more than one year prior to the application date.
* Institutional Eligibility: Must hold a degree from a higher education institution officially registered with the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology.
Internship Benefits
