* Education: Hold a minimum of a Diploma 4 (D4) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1). Candidates must have officially graduated and completed their graduation ceremony by the time of registration and selection.
* Location: Must be domiciled in Yogyakarta throughout the entire recruitment phase, stretching from the initial program socialization down to the final interview stage.
* Physical Standards: Possess a proportional height and weight ratio suitable for field operations.
* Commitment: Demonstrate a high level of dedication and a genuine willingness to build a long-term, sustainable career within the agricultural industry.
* Program Obligations: Willingness to adhere strictly to all program regulations, which include:
* Completing a rigorous 6-month educational and training curriculum.
