Human Resources Officer (Bandung) – Your Next Career Move
This pivotal role requires an individual who is not only proficient in core HR functions but also possesses a strategic mindset to support our people-centric operations. The position will be based at Sekolah Terpadu Sedaya Bintang Summarecon Bandung.
Key Responsibilities
The Human Resources Officer will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions, including but not limited to:
* Accurately processing monthly payroll, encompassing statutory contributions such as BPJS Kesehatan and Ketenagakerjaan, and income tax (PPh 21).
* Ensuring meticulous maintenance and regular updates of both physical and digital employee records.
* Facilitating the entire immigration process for foreign employees, from initial RPTKA application to ITAS issuance, including STM and SKTT procedures.
* Overseeing comprehensive administrative procedures for the employee lifecycle, including onboarding new hires, managing resignations, and facilitating internal job transfers.
* Providing support for the processing of expatriate work permits, such as KITAS, as required.
* Managing end-to-end recruitment cycles, from talent sourcing and initial screening to psychological testing, interviews, and successful onboarding of new employees, replacements, and interns.
* Implementing and managing critical HR functions, including talent placement strategies, employee performance management systems, and comprehensive training and development programs.
* Contributing to the organization and execution of various HR initiatives and broader company-wide events.
* Efficiently scheduling and organizing staff shifts to ensure optimal operational coverage.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* A minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience in a generalist Human Resources capacity.
* Profound understanding and practical application of Indonesian labor laws and BPJS regulations.
