We are looking for talented professionals to fill the following roles:
1. Staff Internal Sales
* Responsibilities: Manage incoming customer inquiries, prepare accurate sales quotations and invoices, maintain pricing and customer databases, and provide administrative support to the external sales team.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering with at least 1 year of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems is required, paired with strong organizational and communication skills.
2. Staff Continuous Improvement
* Responsibilities: Drive Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S initiatives, analyze production inefficiencies, and assist in problem-solving using PDCA and Root Cause Analysis.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering. Familiarity with 7 QC tools and a background in manufacturing is highly preferred.
3. Staff People Development
* Responsibilities: Manage competency matrices, analyze training outcomes, track KPIs, and assist in developing talent management strategies.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or HR Management with at least 1 year of experience. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) are essential.
4. Production Supervisor
* Responsibilities: Oversee shift-based production to meet quantity and quality targets, ensure compliance with IATF 16949/ISO standards, and resolve machine downtime issues.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing. Must have a deep understanding of Lean Manufacturing and TPM.
5. Production Engineering Supervisor
* Responsibilities: Lead and mentor process engineers, approve technical deliverables, optimize process efficiency, and ensure project compliance with budget and safety standards.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 5+ years of process engineering experience (including 2+ years in a leadership role). Proficiency in process simulation tools (Aspen HYSYS/ChemCAD) is required.
6. Engineering Process Manager
* Responsibilities: Spearhead the process engineering department, manage large-scale technical budgets, provide strategic oversight, and drive innovation to reduce costs and increase plant reliability.
* Requirements: 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial capacity. A Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is highly desirable.
7. Sales Supervisor
* Responsibilities: Develop strategic sales plans, lead a team of representatives, manage client relationships, and analyze market trends to drive revenue growth.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years in a sales supervisory role, preferably within the steel or heavy manufacturing sector. Proven ability to lead teams and manage sales pipelines is vital.
