## The Star Energy Geothermal Technical Trainee Program 2026
The company is currently accepting applications for the 2026 Technical Trainee Program. This intensive development initiative is structured to cultivate the next generation of geothermal experts through a comprehensive 12-to-24-month curriculum. Participants will benefit from:
