We are actively seeking a qualified and driven candidate to fill the role of Flight Operation Officer (Dispatcher). Core Responsibilities
* Regulatory Compliance & Data Preparation: Gather, analyze, and prepare essential flight data and documentation mandated by aviation authorities to guarantee safe aircraft dispatch.
* Flight Planning & Safety Analysis: Evaluate comprehensive weather, route, and aircraft data to determine flight viability, subsequently filing compliant Air Traffic Control (ATC) flight plans.
* Crew Coordination: Maintain seamless communication with scheduled flight crews, ensuring all members are fully briefed, informed, and confirmed prior to departure.
* Ground Handling Supervision: Oversee and evaluate the performance of appointed ground handling representatives at various destination airports.
