1. Agronomy Assistant (Experienced)
* Role Description: Lead and coordinate daily field operational plans, manage division budgets, and ensure all activities align with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and HSE safety standards.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Agrotechnology, or related fields.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in an agronomy or equivalent role.
* Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Willingness to be stationed in Sumatra, Kalimantan, or Papua.
2. Financial Planning & Reporting
* Role Description: Prepare management financial reports, analyze operational costs and sales performance, and provide variance analysis to support executive business decisions.

5. Surveyor

* Vocational or High School diploma in Surveying and Mapping or equivalent.
* Expertise in using Theodolite, Waterpass, Total Station, and GNSS-RTK equipment.
* Proficiency in ArcGIS and AutoCAD software.
* Willingness to travel/be stationed in Sumatra, Kalimantan, or Papua.
