Non-Staff Positions
* Heavy Equipment Operators: ADT, Vibro, Motor Grader, Bulldozer, Excavator, Crane Truck, Water Truck, and Fuel Truck.
* Drivers: Manual Transmission, Light Vehicle (LV), and Dump Truck.

## Application Requirements
To be considered for these positions, candidates must meet the following criteria:
1. Professional Background: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the applied position.
2. Documentation: Submission of a comprehensive CV, previous employment certificates, National ID (KTP), Family Card (KK), NPWP, and latest academic diploma.
3. Mandatory Certifications:
* For Supervisors: BNSP certification (POP, POM, etc.) is highly preferred.
* For Drivers/Operators: Must hold a valid BII Umum Driver's License.
* For Mechanics: Completion of the Basic Mechanic Course (BMC).
4. Work Arrangement: Willingness to be stationed at the Weda Bay Nickel (WBN) site in North Maluku and the ability to work under a roster-based system.
