## Job Overview: Logistics Operator
We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Logistics Operator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in bridging production, maintenance, and supply chain operations, ensuring that our manufacturing facility runs smoothly and efficiently every single day.
Key Responsibilities
To excel in this position, candidates must be ready to take on a diverse range of operational duties, including:
* Operating production machinery while strictly adhering to established Work Instructions (WI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
* Executing basic preventive maintenance tasks, such as visual inspections, lubrication, and minor component replacements.
* Managing core logistics workflows, encompassing accurate inventory recording and systematic goods storage.
* Handling operational transport duties safely utilizing an active SIM A driver's license.
* Operating forklifts efficiently to transport materials across the facility.
* Utilizing basic computer systems, including Microsoft Excel and manual inventory tracking software.
* Maintaining strict compliance with workplace health, safety, and occupational safety (K3) regulations.
* Implementing the 5R/5S methodology (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) across the workspace.
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for driven professionals who meet the following qualifications:
* Minimum educational background of a senior high school diploma or vocational school (SMA/SMK) focusing on Mechanical, Automotive, or Electrical Engineering.
* 1 to 3 years of hands-on professional experience within a manufacturing, logistics, or maintenance environment.
* Possession of a valid and active SIM A driver's license.
* Proven ability to operate a forklift safely and proficiently.
* Basic computer literacy, particularly with spreadsheets and inventory tracking platforms.
* High levels of personal initiative, accountability, and discipline.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven capacity for teamwork.
* Exceptional attention to detail regarding record-keeping, packaging, and equipment maintenance.
