## Job Description: Key Responsibilities
As a Production Administrator, you will serve as a vital link between floor operations and managerial decision-making. Your day-to-day duties will require meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to operational efficiency:
* Documentation Management: Compile, maintain, and update comprehensive production documentation, encompassing daily, weekly, and monthly reports, Work Instructions (WI), output data, incident logs, and standard compliance records.
* Data Analysis: Gather, evaluate, and interpret production metrics to empower management decision-making and formulate actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Operational Monitoring: Oversee finished goods transfers, implement SPCS protocols, and guarantee seamless administrative workflows across the manufacturing floor.
* Compliance and Training: Coordinate training administration, maintain Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) documentation, and actively participate in both internal and external audits.
* Resource Coordination: Monitor consumable stock availability and analyze workforce requirements to ensure optimal staffing levels across all operational areas.
## Candidate Qualifications

* Minimum educational background of a senior high school (SMA/SMK) diploma or equivalent.
* At least 3 years of hands-on professional experience within an automotive injection molding manufacturing environment.
* Demonstrated expertise in production administration and robust data management practices.
* Proficiency in utilizing computer systems, particularly the Microsoft Office suite.
* Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
* High level of initiative for problem identification and process optimization.
* Exceptional accuracy, analytical mindset, and cross-departmental coordination capabilities.
