## The Finance & Administration Development Program (FADP)
SERA is currently inviting ambitious professionals to join the Finance & Administration Development Program (FADP). This intensive six-month program is meticulously designed to sharpen your professional acumen and provide deep insights into the core management processes underpinning the SERA Group. Participants will gain hands-on experience, bridging the gap between academic theory and high-level corporate finance.
Key Responsibilities in Finance & Administration
As a participant in this program, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the operational integrity of branch finance. Your core responsibilities will include:
* Cash Flow & Billing Management: Overseeing branch cash flow, tracking billing progress, managing accounts receivable (A/R), and verifying payment requests alongside debt recognition documentation.
* Financial Reconciliation: Conducting routine bank checks on vendor and customer transactions.
* Budgeting & Reporting: Generating regular reports on branch performance and assisting in the preparation of annual branch budgets.
* Asset Oversight: Monitoring the condition and maintenance costs of public facilities and branch assets.
* Operational Governance: Supervising administrative personnel and ensuring company standards are met.
* CSR & Health Initiatives: Coordinating local Corporate Social Responsibility programs and fostering a workplace environment that prioritizes employee health and medical welfare.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this program, candidates must demonstrate a blend of academic excellence, analytical rigor, and professional maturity. We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale).
* Experience: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; however, candidates with up to two years of experience in accounting, finance, tax, internal audit, or public accounting are preferred.
* Age Limit: Maximum 25 years old.
* Technical Proficiency: Proven capability in creating and analyzing financial statements.
* Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, exceptional analytical thinking, proactive initiative, and a customer-centric mindset.
* Language Skills: Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
* Mobility: Willingness to be deployed to any location across Indonesia.
