## Available Positions and Qualifications
1. Engineering Process Staff
* Job Responsibilities: Drive production efficiency through process improvements, development, and the maintenance of utility systems and machinery.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical or Electro Engineering.
* Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
* Proficiency in IoT, microcontrollers, and PLC.
* Strong analytical skills and knowledge of electrical/conventional systems.
* Location: Bitung, Tangerang.
2. Internal Audit Section Head
* Job Responsibilities: Lead audit planning and fieldwork, evaluate risk management and governance, and ensure strict compliance with internal policies and OJK regulations.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
* Minimum 5 years of audit experience, preferably in manufacturing.
* Possession of Brevet A & B licenses.
* Strong knowledge of GRC, financial reporting, and ethics.
* Location: Head Office, Pluit, North Jakarta.
3. Internal Audit Staff
* Job Responsibilities: Execute internal audit procedures to ensure financial, operational, and compliance objectives are met while preparing detailed audit reports.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (Minimum GPA 3.00).
* Brevet A & B licenses are mandatory.
* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Proficiency in MS Excel; Mandarin language skills are an added advantage.
* Location: Head Office, Pluit, North Jakarta.
4. IT Infrastructure & Security
* Job Responsibilities: Maintain daily IT operations, including network management, server maintenance, hardware/software installation, and data security.
* Requirements:
* Diploma Degree (D3) in Information Technology or Computer Science.
* 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and security.
* Solid understanding of firewalls, antivirus, storage, and networking (MikroTik and Cisco familiarity is preferred).
* Location: Bitung, Curug – Tangerang.
5. PPIC Manager
* Job Responsibilities: Oversee production scheduling, inventory control, and data-driven reporting while leading the PPIC team to ensure seamless supply chain performance.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning and inventory management.
* Advanced proficiency in ERP software (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel.
* Strong leadership and cross-functional communication abilities.
6. Production Manager
* Job Responsibilities: Manage production work plans, coordinate internal departments, and maintain strict product quality standards to achieve organizational goals.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
* 4–5 years of manufacturing experience, specifically in automotive or heavy equipment components.
* Exceptional managerial, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

7. Salesman
* Job Requirements:
* Minimum Senior High School (SLTA) graduate.
* At least 1 year of sales experience within the automotive industry.
* Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
