Available Tracks
We are seeking qualified graduates for the following specializations:
1. MT Estate: Open to D3 graduates in Plantation, Agriculture, or related fields.
2. MT Mill: Open to D3 graduates in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Agricultural Technology, or related disciplines.
3. MT Head of Administration (KTU): Open to S1 graduates in Accounting.
4. MT Shipping: Open to D3 graduates in Maritime Studies (KALK), Nautical Science, Technical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering (ETO).
General Requirements
* Fresh graduates with a minimum D3 or S1 degree in relevant fields.
* Minimum GPA of 2.75.
* Unmarried status.
* Willingness to undergo training at our operational plantation sites.
* Willingness to be placed in our operational sites across Central Kalimantan.
Program Structure
The program is meticulously designed to transform graduates into industry leaders:
* Phase 1: 3 months of intensive classroom training.
* Phase 2: 9 months of hands-on On-the-Job Training (OJT).
* Phase 3: Dedicated service commitment (Ikatan Dinas).
