We are currently seeking dedicated Production Operators to support our manufacturing processes. This role is essential to our daily operations, ensuring that our products meet the rigorous standards expected by our global automotive partners.
Candidate Requirements
To succeed in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) graduate or equivalent.
* Gender: Open to both male and female candidates.
* Specialized Skills: Candidates with prior professional experience in welding or industrial painting processes are highly preferred.
* Technical Aptitude: Must be comfortable working within a rotating shift system.
* Soft Skills: Integrity, reliability, and the ability to function effectively both as an individual contributor and as a collaborative team member.
* Location: Must be willing to work on-site at our Cikarang production facility.
