Role Responsibilities
* Overseeing machine operations to ensure strict compliance with established production standards.
* Monitoring the manufacturing workflow to meet defined quality and quantity benchmarks.
* Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting for all production-related activities.
* Managing material procurement and usage in alignment with production planning.
* Driving process improvements and supporting ongoing technical enhancements.
Candidate Qualifications
* Minimum Diploma (D3/D4) in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
* 1–2 years of relevant experience in a production environment; motivated fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Proficiency in production workflows, Autonomous Maintenance (AM), Planned Maintenance (PM), Continuous Improvement principles, 5S methodologies, and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards.
* Strong leadership qualities, exceptional communication skills, integrity, responsibility, and professional resilience.
* Willingness to work in a shift-based rotation at our Cikarang Timur manufacturing facility.
