## Role Overview: HR Generalist
We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist to manage the full spectrum of our Human Resources functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless HR operations while upholding our company culture and commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Recruitment & Talent Management: Oversee the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
* Performance & Development: Lead employee development initiatives and manage performance appraisal cycles to drive productivity.
* Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll administration and ensure accurate processing of employee compensation.
* Regulatory Compliance: Oversee the administration of BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, ensuring strict adherence to Indonesian labor laws.
* HR Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and accurate personnel records while ensuring data integrity.
* Psychological Assessments: Coordinate and administer psychometric testing as part of the talent selection process.
## Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, applicants must possess a strong foundation in HR operations and a deep understanding of the local regulatory landscape.
1. Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Management, or a related field.
2. Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in an HR Generalist capacity.
3. Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and experience working with HRIS systems.
4. Legal Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and industry-standard HR best practices.
5. Language Skills: Full professional fluency in both written and spoken English.
6. Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities, with a high level of integrity and the capacity to maintain strict confidentiality.
