## Job Overview: MEP Supervisor
As our next MEP Supervisor, you will be the backbone of our infrastructure maintenance and electrical systems management. You will ensure that all company properties and residential amenities operate at peak efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Facility Maintenance: Oversee the upkeep and routine maintenance of building electrical installations, including corporate office power systems, air conditioning units, backup generators, and residential public street lighting.
* Procurement & Budgeting: Formulate comprehensive plans and accurate cost estimations for procuring lighting fixtures dedicated to public streets and shared community spaces, such as parks and exclusive sports clubs.
* PLN Coordination & Oversight: Supervise the installation of cluster public street lighting and utility poles executed by PLN (State Electricity Company), ensuring precise placement according to engineering blueprints.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with company architects to strategize and finalize optimal locations for street lighting and landscape illumination, guaranteeing both aesthetic appeal and safety.
* Utility Scheduling: Manage communications and scheduling with PLN regarding the timely installation of electrical poles across our development projects.
## Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this demanding yet rewarding role, candidates must meet the following professional criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering.
* Industry Experience: Bring at least 3 years of proven hands-on experience as a Mechanical/Electrical Supervisor within the property development sector, specifically focusing on luxury residential housing estates.
* Geographical Location: Reside in or around the Cibubur, Cikeas, Depok, and surrounding areas to ensure seamless daily commutes.
* Work Location: Based at our main Head Office in Permata Cimanggis.
* Availability: Prepared to onboard and join our dynamic team immediately.
