## Job Opening: Production Helper

Key Responsibilities
* Production Execution: Support daily manufacturing activities in strict alignment with the vision, mission, and core values of PT Prakarsa Alam Segar.
* SOP Compliance: Execute all manufacturing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while prioritizing workplace safety and occupational health standards.
* Workplace Organization: Maintain a secure, orderly, hygienic, neat, and well-structured production line and designated work area at all times.
Candidate Qualifications
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) graduate.
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates are warmly encouraged to apply.
* Work Ethic: Highly agile, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
* Schedule Flexibility: Willing and able to work in a rotating three-shift schedule.
