Key Responsibilities
* Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
* Execute repairs on electrical installations, plumbing, HVAC systems, and kitchen equipment.
* Perform technical troubleshooting and provide effective solutions for system failures.
* Oversee equipment installation and provide support for small-scale civil engineering tasks at outlet locations.
* Provide rapid response for emergency maintenance needs to minimize operational downtime.
Required Qualifications
* Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
* At least 2 years of professional experience as a Maintenance Staff or Technician.
* Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to identify root causes and implement lasting repairs.
* Flexible availability to work in shifts.
* Willingness to travel between multiple outlet locations as required by operational demands.
## 2. Guest Relation Officer (GRO)
