## Job Responsibilities
The Quality Control Operator plays a pivotal role in maintaining our high manufacturing standards. Key responsibilities for this position include:
* Quality Assurance: Ensuring that production samples are identical to the final bulk output and confirming that all items meet our strict internal quality benchmarks.
* Corrective Action: Developing and applying corrective formulations when production samples deviate from established quality standards.
* Compliance: Strictly adhering to and executing all operational procedures in alignment with ISO quality management systems.
## Required Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who is detail-oriented and committed to maintaining the high technical standards associated with our brand. To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
* Gender/Age: Male, between 21 and 35 years old.
* Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
* Health: Must have clear, natural vision and be free from color blindness.
* Experience: At least one year of direct experience in Quality Control; candidates with prior experience in the masterbatch industry will be given priority.
* Skills: Strong mathematical aptitude, rapid problem-solving abilities, and high personal accuracy.
* Personal Attributes: Must be resilient, diligent, and capable of working within a 3-shift rotation system.
