## Plant Operator Role Overview
As a Plant Operator at our high-performance facility, you will play a critical role in maintaining seamless production cycles while adhering to the strictest safety protocols. Your daily responsibilities will directly contribute to our operational excellence and industry leadership.
Key Responsibilities
* Safe Refinery Operations: Execute LPG refinery procedures meticulously to ensure safety compliance and meet or exceed established production targets.
* Startup and Shutdown Execution: Manage complex plant startup activities following strict standard operating procedures (SOPs), while handling normal and emergency shutdown procedures effectively.
* Field Monitoring and Maintenance: Continuously monitor operational parameters and field equipment, meticulously maintain daily log sheets, identify maintenance needs, and prepare machinery for servicing.
* Operational Execution: Carry out direct directives from shift supervisors and management to maintain optimal refinery performance.
* Safety and Compliance: Actively implement and champion health, safety, and environmental (K3L) policies, immediately reporting any potential workplace hazards.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

Essential Criteria
* Education: Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Petroleum Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
* Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a similar capacity, preferably functioning as a DCS Control Room Operator.
* Industry Background: Prior work experience within the oil and gas sector is strongly preferred.
* Technical Skills: Fully conversant with Microsoft Office applications and comfortable operating specialized industrial software.
* Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Work Ethic: Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously, manage time efficiently, and remain strictly target-oriented.
* Location: Locally domiciled in or willing to be based in Palembang, South Sumatra.
