## About the Position
As our new Accountant, you will serve as a vital link between everyday field operations and executive-level financial strategy. Stationed at our specialized Nila Breeding Center, you will go beyond standard office accounting by actively engaging with aquaculture workflows, monitoring biological assets, and calculating precise production costs.
## Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day contributions will directly influence our operational efficiency and profitability. The primary duties include:
* Financial Recordkeeping & Reporting: Accurately log daily financial transactions and compile comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
* Cost Accounting & HPP Calculation: Determine the Cost of Goods Sold (HPP) by carefully tracking and evaluating expenses related to fish breeding, high-quality feed, and general operational overhead.
* Asset & Inventory Tracking: Monitor biological assets (fish populations across various ponds) alongside physical inventory stocks to prevent discrepancies.
* Partnership Management: Handle administrative records, financial auditing, and profit-sharing calculations for our collaborative farming partnerships.
* Variance Analysis & Cost Control: Conduct routine cost-control assessments, analyze operational budget variances, and formulate per-pond or per-cycle profitability reports to guide management decisions.
## Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this dynamic role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline.
* Professional Experience: Bring a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in general accounting or cost accounting.
* Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of financial statements, cost of production calculations, and proficiency in modern accounting software alongside advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
* Personal Attributes: Exhibit high levels of attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
* Operational Adaptability: Show a genuine willingness to understand outdoor field operations and aquaculture cultivation workflows.
