Job Description

# Shaping the Future of Food: ofi Future Impact Talent Trainee in Cocoa Manufacturing

For nearly three decades, our journey across the Indonesian archipelago has evolved from humble trading roots into a cornerstone of agricultural commerce. Since 1996, we have partnered with more than 400,000 farmers, local collectors, and dedicated suppliers to source premium cocoa, coffee, palm oil, nutmeg, and black and white pepper. Today, we proudly stand as the leading exporter of Robusta coffee, a premier provider of Arabika beans, and the top exporter of cocoa products nationwide, commanding a combined market share of roughly 15%.

Beyond exportation, our footprint extends deep into domestic processing through our state-of-the-art BT Cocoa facility located in Jakarta. We proudly sustain nearly 1,400 direct employees alongside over 1,150 seasonal workers, fostering robust partnerships that stretch from the landscapes of North Sumatra and the vibrant heart of Java all the way to eastern Sulawesi. Recognizing the mounting pressures of climate change on smallholder communities, we actively pioneer extensive sustainability initiatives to elevate harvest yields and safeguard long-term agricultural quality.

If you are eager to build a purposeful career with a global leader, the ofi Future Impact Talent (FIT) Program offers an unparalleled launchpad. We do not simply recruit graduates; we cultivate the next generation of industry pioneers.
