Key Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) degree in Pharmacy.
* Professional Experience: At least one year of relevant experience in a similar manufacturing or laboratory role.
* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to manage formulation processes, material blending, and the operation of pilot-scale equipment.
* Industry Standards: A solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations.
* Essential Skills: Proficient in precise measurement, material weighing, and accurate data recording.
* Soft Skills: High level of responsibility, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
Core Responsibilities
As a Formulation Operator, your daily duties will include:
1. Preparation: Organizing and preparing raw materials precisely according to approved formulas.
2. Execution: Leading the formulation process and executing trial batches for product samples.
3. Equipment Management: Operating, maintaining, and cleaning formulation machinery to ensure optimal performance.
4. Data Integrity: Meticulously recording all experimental results and process parameters.
5. Compliance: Upholding strict cleanliness standards and ensuring full adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and corporate quality benchmarks.
