## Candidate Qualifications
To ensure the high standards of our operational facilities, all candidates must meet the following requirements:
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) graduate specializing in Mechanical Engineering or Machining.
* Professional Experience: Proven track record in a similar position for at least one year.
* Professional Traits: High attention to detail, strong self-discipline, personal accountability, and a demonstrated ability to excel in a collaborative team environment.
* Safety Compliance: Proficiency in understanding and applying Occupational Health and Safety (K3) principles.
* Mobility: Full willingness to be stationed at any of our operational sites throughout Central Kalimantan.
