We are currently seeking dedicated and highly motivated individuals to join our production team in Cikarang. We offer a professional workplace that emphasizes safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
1. Production Operator – Cutting
In this role, you will play a vital part in our glass processing operations, ensuring precision and quality throughout the cutting phase.
* Manage and execute the glass cutting process within the Cutting On-Line area.
* Oversee the professional packaging of glass products post-cutting.
* Actively contribute to the implementation of efficiency and operational improvements.
* Strictly adhere to safety protocols, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
* Participate in all job-specific training programs to ensure skill alignment.
* Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK).
* Basic computer literacy.
* Must not wear glasses and must have clear, non-color-blind vision.
* Willingness to work in a shift-based rotation.
* Physically prepared to work in a high-temperature, noisy, and dusty industrial environment.
* Placement: Cikarang.
2. Production Operator – Forming
We are looking for technical professionals to join our forming department, where we transform pulled glass into high-quality glass blocks.
* Execute the conversion process of pulled glass into finished, high-quality glass blocks.
* Monitor operational efficiency and proactively manage factors that contribute to production defects.
* Support the implementation of quality and environmental management systems.
* Engage in ongoing professional development and team training initiatives.
* Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK) specializing in Mechanical Engineering.
* At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a similar production role.
* Proficiency in operating computer systems.
* Must not wear glasses and must possess clear, non-color-blind vision.
* Flexibility to work in a shift-based rotation.
* Prepared to work in a demanding environment characterized by heat, noise, and dust.
* Placement: Cikarang.
