Position Requirements
To ensure the highest standards of production, candidates interested in the Operator Development Program (ODP) must meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) in any field.
2. Specialized Preference: SMK graduates from Mechanical, Automotive, Mechatronics, Electrical, Light Vehicle Engineering, and Welding backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply.
3. Experience: Preference is given to candidates with at least one year of experience in an FMCG manufacturing facility, though high-potential fresh graduates are welcome.
4. Physical Requirements: Must have a minimum height of 168 cm, possess excellent physical stamina, be in good health, and have no color blindness.
5. Personal Attributes: Applicants must demonstrate integrity, discipline, strong work ethics, and a sense of responsibility.
6. Readiness: Must be willing to work within the operational or warehouse environment.
7. Location: The role is based in Mojokerto, East Java.
