To qualify for the JAGO program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Animal Science, Poultry Extension, or Animal Welfare.
* Academic Performance: Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.25 on a 4.00 scale.
* Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates or professionals with a maximum of two years of work experience.
* Commitment: Full availability for an intensive, full-time training schedule.
* Health Standards: Must be in excellent health and pass a comprehensive medical examination.
* Physical Requirements: No history of allergies to poultry.
* Passion and Ambition: A deep interest in poultry breeding and a strong desire to advance into middle management.
* Flexibility: Willingness to commit to a service bond and relocate to any of our Poultry Breeding Division units nationwide.
