Candidate Requirements
To qualify for the FGDP position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4) in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Management, Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or other relevant fields.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates or those with a maximum of 2 years of professional experience.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
* Age: Generally between 22 and 27 years old.

* Technical Proficiency: Advanced mastery of Microsoft Office, with a specific focus on Excel.
Analytical and Functional Skills
Successful candidates will be responsible for monitoring fuel consumption, managing stock levels, and performing data-driven reporting. Candidates must demonstrate high competency in the following Excel functionalities:
1. Data Organization: Proficiency in Pivot Tables for structured data summarization.
2. Lookup Functions: Expert usage of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP for data retrieval.
