## Program Scope: Your Operational Mission
As a participant in the MSP International, you will rotate through essential business functions to develop a holistic understanding of end-to-end shipping operations. You will be expected to deliver measurable outcomes in the following areas:
* Shipping Operations & Vessel Network: Optimizing scheduling, ensuring service reliability, and enhancing network efficiency.
* Logistics & Warehousing: Improving inventory flow, productivity, and hub performance.
