1. Training Center Staff
The Training Center Staff plays a pivotal role in fostering a high-performance culture by managing employee development programs.
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, specifically Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Training Need Analysis (TNA), basic video editing, and graphic design for promotional posters.
* Communication: Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to articulate information effectively in English (both verbal and written).
* Software Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
* Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with 6S methodologies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) within the food industry.
* Experience: Fresh graduates with a strong academic background and a collaborative mindset are encouraged to apply.
* Responsibilities: You will be responsible for analyzing development needs, managing collaborations with external vendors, and facilitating various training initiatives.
2. HSE Staff (Health, Safety, and Environment)
Safety is paramount in the food industry. We are seeking an HSE Staff member who is passionate about maintaining a secure and compliant work environment.
* Educational Background: Minimum D4 or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety (K3), or Public Health.
* Certification: Mandatory possession of an active General K3 Expert (Ahli K3 Umum) certification from the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker).
* Technical Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of work safety regulations, environmental laws, and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
* Operational Skills: Capable of conducting site inspections, safety patrols, hazard identification, and risk analysis.
* Analytical Skills: Strong reporting capabilities and the ability to monitor compliance across all factory operations.
* Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Food Safety, 6S, and GMP operations.
* Personal Attributes: A strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
