## Available Position: Warehouse Staff
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Staff member to join our team in Deltamas, Cikarang, West Java. This role is pivotal in maintaining the efficiency of our supply chain and ensuring the highest standards of material handling.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the seamless execution of daily warehouse operations, including:
* Inventory Management: Overseeing the receipt, secure storage, and issuance of raw materials while strictly adhering to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) protocols.
* Accuracy Assurance: Conducting regular stock opname and cycle counting to maintain precise inventory records.
* Compliance & Safety: Enforcing strict adherence to SOPs, GMP, HACCP, Halal certification standards, and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations.
* Team Leadership: Supervising forklift operators and general workers, ensuring daily tasks are assigned and completed efficiently.
* Facility Maintenance: Maintaining a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment.
* Reporting: Documenting all warehouse activities and reporting discrepancies to management.
* Cross-Functional Coordination: Working closely with the PPIC, Purchasing, Production, QA, and QC departments to manage material requirements.
* Goal Achievement: Ensuring that all warehouse operations align with company KPIs and operational targets.
Professional Qualifications
To thrive in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Female, holding at least a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
* Experience: A minimum of one year of related experience is preferred, though highly motivated fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills, is required.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication abilities, high attention to detail, and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
* Physical Requirements: Must be comfortable and capable of working in cold storage (low-temperature) environments.
* Placement: The position is based in Deltamas, Cikarang, West Java.
