1. Staff Quality Control Liquid
This role is pivotal in ensuring that all operational premix inspection activities adhere strictly to mandatory regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough checks on the mixing process and assign a status to the premix before transfer for further processing.
* Accurately record premix analysis results during the mixing phase and generate analysis reports using the semi-finish inspection form.
* Oversee and verify the completeness of mixing operations.
* Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) if mixing results or products fail to meet specified standards, and lead problem-solving efforts to address root causes.
* Implement control and calibration procedures for all laboratory equipment used, taking full responsibility for calibration outcomes.
* Manage the ordering process and inventory control of reagents across all Semi-finish Labs.
* Assume responsibility for the performance and results of direct subordinates.
* Actively participate in and enforce 5R (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke) and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) programs.
* Ensure all relevant documentation is meticulously maintained.
Essential Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree (S1) in Chemistry, Chemical Analysis, or Chemical Engineering, with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
* Proven experience as a Laboratory Analyst or Quality Control professional in the FMCG industry.
* Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices for Cosmetics (CPKB) and Household Health Supplies (PKRT).
* Proficiency in operating MS Office Suite, email, cloud-based file systems, and SAP.
* Ability to competently operate various laboratory instruments.

2. Senior General Affair Staff
This position is responsible for executing effective and efficient general affairs operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate all General Affairs operations, encompassing facility management, security oversight, and other relevant GA functions.
* Ensure timely and accurate management of office supplies (stationery, uniforms, furniture, etc.) for all departments.
* Administer and update necessary company licenses and permits crucial for operational continuity.
* Facilitate the application and renewal processes for import licenses, ensuring full compliance with customs regulations.

The PPIC Staff is responsible for production planning and inventory management to ensure that production output and delivery requirements are met according to specified targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop accurate sales forecasts and plans.
* Formulate production plans necessary for buffer stock and delivery requirements.
* Ensure the availability of material and raw material requirement calculations based on phased planning with a look-ahead period of up to three months, informed by existing sales forecasts.
* Conduct recapitulation and coordinate First Production for new product release approvals (if applicable) with the production team and relevant departments.
* Maintain excellent coordination with relevant departments (Marketing, Quality Control, Research & Development, Production, Purchasing) to ensure smooth operational processes in compliance with ISO 9001:2018 and ISO 14001:2018 standards.
* Review and assess the achievement of production plans.
Essential Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Management, with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
* Recent graduates with 2 years of work experience as a PPIC Staff in the FMCG industry are encouraged to apply.
