1. Footwear Developer
As a Footwear Developer, you will bridge the gap between creative design and functional safety engineering, bringing innovative shoe concepts from initial sketches to finished prototypes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough market research to spot emerging trends in footwear materials and aesthetic styles.
* Utilize Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software to engineer detailed 3D models for new product lines.
* Coordinate closely with manufacturing vendors to oversee sample production and bring design visions to life.
* Oversee project budgets, which includes sourcing and ordering necessary materials and supplies.
* Innovate and test new materials—such as advanced rubber compounds, performance foam, and durable plastics—for shoe manufacturing.
* Collaborate directly with marketing teams to align product design features with upcoming promotional campaigns.
Candidate Qualifications:
* Hold a D3 or Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Industrial Design, or a closely related discipline.

Key Responsibilities:
* Produce high-quality video content, manage photo and video editing workflows, and optimize media for mobile platforms.
