1. Warehouse Administrator
This pivotal role ensures the smooth and efficient administrative flow within our warehouse operations, maintaining precision and organization at every step.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a comprehensive range of administrative duties, from material reception and storage to inbound and outbound transactions.
* Overseeing all internal departmental administrative activities.
* Collaborating effectively with relevant departments concerning inventory management.
Qualifications
* A Bachelor's degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
* A minimum of one year of experience as a Warehouse Administrator, specifically within a dairy plant or the food and beverage industry.
* Proficiency and familiarity with SAP and Excel programs are considered a significant advantage.
* Demonstrated understanding of production planning and inventory control principles.
* Willingness to work in a shift-based system.
* Preparedness to be stationed in Surabaya.
2. Warehouse Checker
The Warehouse Checker plays a crucial role in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring the integrity of goods throughout the warehouse lifecycle, from receipt to dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
* Performing thorough checks on incoming materials, storage (put away), and the picking process through to outbound shipments.
* Verifying goods receipt (GR) materials, put away procedures, picking accuracy, transfer/reservation processes, and dispatch.
* Facilitating clear and consistent communication with Production and Quality Control departments for the seamless handover of Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM), and Finished Goods.
Qualifications
* A minimum of High School (SMA) or Vocational School (SMK) diploma.
* At least one year of experience as a Warehouse Checker, ideally within a dairy plant or the food and beverage industry.
* A solid understanding of production planning and inventory control.
* Availability to work in a shift-based system.
* Readiness for placement in Surabaya.
3. Loading and Unloading Personnel (TKBM)

4. Inline Process Control (IPC) Inspector
