## The Kenvue Management Trainee Opportunity
We are seeking high-potential graduates to join our Commercial or Supply Chain divisions across Indonesia. Our Management Trainee Program is an intensive 18-month journey designed to fast-track your professional growth through a blend of accelerated learning and hands-on experience.
Program Structure and Development
Participants will engage in a comprehensive roadmap consisting of two distinct phases: a 5-month intensive learning period followed by a 56-week immersive role placement. Throughout this 18-month tenure, trainees will benefit from:
* On-the-job training: Practical exposure to core business operations.
* Stretch assignments: Challenging projects designed to expand your skill set.
* Executive Mentorship: Direct guidance and support from Kenvue’s senior leadership team.
Rotational Phases
Your development will be tailored to balance business objectives with your individual career aspirations:
1. Months 0–5: A foundational learning phase focused on rapid knowledge acquisition and cultural immersion.
2. Months 6–12: A practical application stage where you will implement insights and contribute to key projects.
3. Months 12–18: A performance-driven phase where you will refine your expertise in Sales, Marketing, or Supply Chain, preparing you for a permanent leadership role within the organization.
## Who We Are Looking For
To succeed as a Kenvue Management Trainee, you must demonstrate both academic excellence and the drive to excel in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Communication, Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Experience: Recent graduates (graduating by October 2023, verified by a Graduation Letter) or professionals with up to two years of full-time work experience.
* Academic Performance: A strong track record with a GPA of 3.3 or higher.
* Leadership: Demonstrated leadership abilities through extracurricular involvement, academic initiatives, or previous work experience.
* Communication: Fluency in English, with exceptional verbal and written proficiency.
* Competencies: A self-starter mentality, characterized by strong analytical thinking, agile problem-solving skills, and a genuine passion for the consumer health industry.
